Business Improvement District (BID) Assessment
The Business Improvement District (BID) assessment is .0004%. This assessment is approximately 20% of OMI’s annual budget. The balance of the budget is fulfilled with sponsors, donations, fundraising and grants. The BID receives services from OMI such as downtown beautification programs, marketing programs, events programs and other economic vitality services to increase visitors to our downtown.
